Our Story
2012
The Beginning
James, Chris, and Mélinda meet at the inaugural BUKU Music and Art Project as Directors of Production and Art departments.
2015
Finding Purpose
James, Chris, and Mélinda decide to partner and grow the fabrication / ephemeral architecture division of Raven.
2017
Growing
Raven designs and fabricates a number of local and national projects including the Mountain Dew Experience at the NBA All Star All weekend in New Orleans, the AMEX experience at Austin City Limits, and the installation of 13 permanent sponsorship units across US major amphitheaters.
2018
EXPANDING CAPABILITIES
Raven develops its first steel structure concept to replace tent structures for activations at Music Festivals featuring 360 visibility, AC, and a roof deck. Raven continues to focus on scenic fabrication for sponsorship partners and interactive art installations.
2021
Reborn
After the Covid-19 pandemic decimates the event industry, Raven bounces back stronger than ever. Designing and building more and more art Installations, sponsorship activations, and steel structures than ever before.
2022
INNOVATION
A new generation of steel structures is born - larger and more efficient - faster to set up and with less people and trucks. Raven creates a separate steel structures division.
2023
ONWARDS & UPWARDS
Raven continues to grow the business and work with great clients on innovative projects across the US!
